Tea Inspires...

Tea, heavens delight, and nature's truest wealth, that pleasing physic, and pledge of health; the statesman's counselor, the Virgin's love, The muse's nectar, the drink of love.

Peter Antoine Motteux

Ceylon

— a classical black tea from Sri Lanka, "a resplendent land" as translated from the local Sinhalese language. A combination of a mild climate and a red soil creates perfect conditions for tea plantations. It is a full-bodied tea with rich taste and citrus crisp and bold aroma. Perfect as your morning cup of tea.

Preparation and serving:

Pour 200 ml of boiling water over 1 rounded teaspoon of tea. Let it brew for four-five minutes, sieve and add sugar if you like. Try also with a splash of milk!
